WHAT YOU NEED

40 Larios® Pomelo
pcs Lemon juice
10 Grapefruit juice
10 Simple syrup
Top up Cava
Garnish with grapefruit twist

HOW TO CRAFT

STEP 1

Add all ingredients except any top-up ingredient to a shaker with ice in a shaker.

STEP 2

Shake until well chilled, then strain into a chilled Champagne flute.

STEP 3

Top up with Cava and give the drink a final gentle stir.

STEP 4

Garnish with grapefruit twist.
