50 Larios® 12
30 Passion fruit puree
10 Simple syrup
25 Lemon juice
Top Cava
Garnish with passion fruit

HOW TO CRAFT

STEP 1

Add all ingredients except any top-up ingredient to a shaker with ice.

STEP 2

Shake until well chilled, then strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

STEP 3

Top up with Cava and give the drink a final gentle stir.

STEP 4
