WHAT YOU NEED

50 Larios® Rosé
pcs Raspberries
25 Simple syrup
25 Lemon juice
20 Egg white
Garnish with raspberry skewer

HOW TO CRAFT

STEP 1

Add all ingredients except any top-up ingredient to a shaker with ice in a shaker.

STEP 2

Shake until well chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.

STEP 3

Garnish with raspberry skewer.
