WHAT YOU NEED
- 45 Larios® London Dry
- 20 Fino sherry
- 25 Lemon juice
- 10 Simple syrup
- Garnish with basil leaf
HOW TO CRAFT
STEP 1
Add all ingredients except any top-up ingredient to a shaker with ice.
STEP 2
Shake until well chilled, then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
STEP 3
Garnish with basil leaf.
